Breakfast is a super quick meal, we eat this for breakfast or a quick vegan snack each week. In 3 minutes plant based yummy breakfast is ready, full of nutrition, flavor, protein and very healthy, a great way to start a day, and no excuse not to eat a nutritious vegan breakfast, with so many topping options, what would your favorite combo be for avo on rice cracker, I don’t buy bread, and rice crackers are long life and gluten free. This is such a quick vegan breakfast or snack, its hard to call it a recipe… hope you enjoy
Lunch today is a lovely protein pasta vegan pesto rainbow salad, its very yummy, and very nutritious for a quick vegan lunch. Pea protein pasta is very quick to cook, the rainbow salad vegetables are speedy to prepare, this is a very delicious, nutritious plant based lunch recipe, im sure you will love, its a favorite vegan salad recipe in our household.
Our vegan dinner recipe is so fast and so yummy, we love garlic mushroom spaghetti, made with red lentil protein spaghetti, lots of healthy garlic and a range of delicious mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms and classic white button mushrooms, this vegan dinner dish couldnt be simpler or quicker.
All of today’s vegan recipes can be made oil free, and all of today’s plant based recipes are gluten free as normal.
