Gobhi Roti Ingredients
Cauliflower/ Gobhi 30gm
Wheat flour 30 gm
Ginger ½ inch
Green chillies 2
Carrom seeds / Ajwain 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Red chilli powder ½ tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
For 1 pc – Calories 124.87
1)Wash the cauliflower thoroughly. And grate them finely.
2)Squeeze out all the additional water and keep aside
3)Now to the grated cauliflower, add the chopped ginger & green chillies, all dry spice & carrom seeds. Mix well & set aside
4)Take the wheat flour, add ½ tsp salt for taste & make a dough with water as required. Once the dough is formed, apply ½ tsp oil to get a smooth finish. Rest for 5 mins.
5)Take a ball of the dough, form a cup and add the Gobhi filling to it, seal it well and roll it into a roti with the help of dusted flour.
6)Heat a tawa, on high flame place the roti, after 3 mins, flip the Gobhi roti.
7)Add cooking olive oil on one side, flip and let it cook for 5 mins on medium heat. Repeat the process, for the other side too.
Our Gobhi Roti is ready for a delightful meal.
Serve hot with your favourite pickle.
