AIR FRIED SALMON RECIPE
🌱2 Tbsp avocado oil
🌱8 oz salmon
🌱1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
🌱1 tsp chili
🌱1/2 tsp turmeric powder
🌱1/2 tsp coriander powder
🌱1/2 tsp cumin powder
🌱1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
🌱Juice from 1/2 Lemon
🌱1/4 cup cilantro chopped
🌱6 curry leaves chopped
1. Add all ingredients on top of salmon and marinate for 30 min – 1 hr
2. Air fry at 390 F for 10 min or bake at 425 F for 12-15 min
SPINACH DAAL RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
Instant pot portion
🌱1 cup toor dal
🌱2-3 handfuls of spinach
🌱1/4 tsp turmeric
🌱1/2 tsp coriander powder
🌱1/2 tsp cumin powder
🌱1-2 green Chilis (adjust to spice preference )
Stove top portion
🌱2 Tbsp avocado oil
🌱1 medium size onion chopped
🌱1 tsp cumin seeds
🌱1/2 tsp mustard seeds
🌱4 dried red chilies
🌱8 curry leaves
🌱3 tsp minced garlic
🌱 salt to taste
🌱1/4 cup chopped cilantro for garnish
RECIPE
1. Wash and rinse toor dal throughly under running water. Once you drain all the water out, add 2 cups of water to dal. Add in turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, green chili, and. Set IP to 15 min to high pressure. Set valve to sealing mode.
2. Place a large pan on medium heat. Add avocado oil, onion, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, dried red chilies,curry leaves and garlic. Sauté till spices become aromatic.
4. See if dal is done cooking from step 1. Blend dal with a whisk or mix with spoon to make it a smoother consistency.
5. Add dal into the pan with spices and onions. Mix throughly. Add salt (adjust to taste). Can add another chopped green chili at this point (optional)
6. Garnish with cilantro and enjoy with cauliflower rice or brown basmati rice.
CAULIFLOWER RICE
Ingredients
🌱12 oz frozen cauliflower rice
Recipe
1. Open bag and pour frozen rice into a bowl
2. Place microwave cover lid on top and cook for 10-12 minutes. Make sure power settings are on low/medium
3. You might need to try out different power settings and the amount of time needed to cook the cauliflower rice the first couple times to get the perfect texture.
4. Make sure the water fully evaporates. The goal is to have fluffy cauliflower rice but it shouldn’t be too dry.
