This is a healthy and delicious broccoli recipe.This is a fast and easy way to eat some healthy vegetables for dinner or lunch. My family loves this recipe and I cook it often with Salmon or Shrimp.
4 cups Broccoli cut into flowers
Steam halfway cooked
2 cups grape or cherry tomatoes
2 cloves garlic chopped
Kosher salt/ Pepper
2 cups grated Mozzarella
Fresh Parsley or dried for garnish
