Leg day:
– Barbell Romanian Deadlift 4×10
– Hip thrust 4×12,10,8,8
– Goblet squat 4×12
– Single leg front foot elevated lunge 3×15
– 45 degree hip extensions 3×15
Day 2
Push day:
– Push ups 3xAMRAP (As many reps as you can get)
– DB seated shoulder press 4×8-10
SUPERSET:
– Barbell bench press 3×6-8 or DB bench press feet on top 3×12
– DB Lateral raises 3×15
– Triceps rope pushdowns 3×12
AB SUPERSET X3
– Cable crunch x15
– Reverse decline crunch x12
Day 3:
Pull day:
– Single DB rows 3×12
– Lat pulldowns on the cable machine 3×12
Day 4
Rest day
Day 5:
Leg day
– Deadlifts 3×6-8
– Barbell back squats 3×10-12
– DB Romanian deadlift 3×15
– Leg extensions 3×12-15 SLOW!
Day 6:
Upper body workout:
– Barbell rows UNDERHAND 4×6-8
– Barbell shoulder press 3×10
– Iliac pulldown 3×12 (each)
– Lateral raises 3×15 (each)
SUPERSET:
– Skull crushers 3×15
– Alternating bicep curls *seated 3×12
