– overnight oats (1 cup oats, 1 cup almond milk, 1 cup of dairy free yogurt, 2 tablespoon honey, 2 tablespoons chia seeds)
LUNCH
– Salmon bowl (3 oz of salmon, half a cup of rice, one cup of spinach)
– Spicy mayo (mayo, sriracha, honey, old bay, coconut aminos)
DINNER
– Chicken bowl (3 oz of chicken, half a cup of rice, 2 cups of spinach, homemade salsa, beans)
