You are ready?
We invite you to follow these 5 exercises.
Exercise 1, blink.
Blink constantly for 1 minute. Do 30 seconds at a normal pace then 30 seconds at a brisk pace.
This exercise allows,
stimulate blood circulation in the eyes,
to moisten the eyes,
to clean them,
and rest them from the light.
Finally, be aware that this exercise is all the more relevant if you are doing work that requires a lot of attention. Especially on computer, tablet or smartphone.
You can do this exercise any time of the day.
Exercise 2, work on your convergence.
Position your index finger in front of you, in the center of your eyes, and stare at it constantly with both eyes.
Slowly bring it as close to your nose as possible, trying to maintain sharpness. Then pull it as far in front of you as your arm will allow. And so on.
Repeat this operation 25 times in a row, 3 times a day.
You can do this exercise at any time of the day, especially when working on a computer.
Finally, if you wear glasses, keep them on for exercise.
Exercise 3, fix your eyes by turning your head.
Fix a fixed point far in front of you.
Turn your head to the left then to the right without taking your eyes off this point. And repeat this movement for 30 seconds.
Then come back to the middle, turn your head up then down, still staring at this point in front of you. Again, repeat this movement for 30 seconds.
You can perform this exercise at any time and at any age.
Exercise 4, fix the head by swiveling the eyes.
This time look straight ahead.
Keeping your head straight and aligned in front of you, gently turn your eyes to the right. Then gently to the left.
Repeat this exercise for 1 minute, taking care to make slow movements.
Then close your eyes for a few seconds.
Exercise 5, rest your eyes.
Finally, rub your hands together then gently place your palms curled up in the shape of a shell on your closed eyelids.
Stay like this for 1 min and be careful that the light does not seep between your fingers.
Gradually, the warmth of your hands combined with the darkness will calm and regenerate your eyes.
Do not hesitate to take 10 minutes each day to perform these exercises, your sight will be changed!
