New recipe I tried this week: (James gave it a 9.9 score: keeper recipe!)

12 oz. Cooked 93-97% meat
1 tsp garlic powder
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/8 tsp basil
2 cups cauliflower rice (frozen, steamed in bag for 4-5 minutes, worked great!)
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 cups Raos
1 1/2 cups low fat mozzarella
2 oz Turkey Pepperoni
Brown meat in skillet and add garlic, salt and pepper. Drain any excess fat. Combine in a bowl with cauliflower rice, parm cheese ,1 oz chopped pepperoni, Raos and dried herbs.
Pour into 9×13 dish, top with mozzarella cheese and remaining pepperoni. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
