Hi Everyone 💕 Here’s a full week of workouts! I usually do a 5-6 day split. It depends if I feel like I need that extra day of resting! Otherwise Friday would be either another Full Body Day & Saturday would be Cardio Day. I also made sure to include some food and snacks that I eat before & after my workouts!
