Here is an overview of my weekly meal prep.
I generally like to prep my breakfast and lunches and then have something different each day for dinner and snacks!
All the calories and macros are mentioned within the video
as well as the steps and ingredients!
EATING INSTRUCTIONS:
CHEESY BEEF BURRITOS
– Make sure to unwrap the foil when reheating! I place my burrito on a paper towel and heat for 4-5 minutes if frozen and 2:30 if refrigerated
SALTED CARAMEL & BANANA OVERNIGHT OATS
– I set my base in the fridge overnight, add the remaining yoghurt, caramel and banana toppings just before eating
